End User Computing

Responsible for the design and engineering of device management solutions and the standardization of client device platforms

The End User Computing (EUC) team works closely with CUIT's Email Systems, Desktop Support and Classroom and Lab Technologies teams to provide standardized, efficient and secure desktop environments for CUIT customers. The EUC team engineers and maintains CUIT's:

Device management solutions
PawPrint student printing system
Bomgar remote device troubleshooting software

Service offering examples

Feasibility study (determine if solution is possible)

Software packaging

Hardware standardization

Device management migrations/deployments

OS build configuration

Demo environments of JAMF, Workspace One, SCCM, Bomgar, Malwarebytes
