Research Data Store (RDS)

Overview

The Research Data Store (RDS) includes data from the University's Research systems, including InfoEd Proposal Tracking and Project Development, as well as Rascal.

MyGrants

MyGrants collates and displays financial and award information for the purpose of managing research grants, awards, and enabling financial projections throughout the award lifecycle. MyGrants is designed with researchers in mind, but a department administrator view was also created to allow DA's to see their investigators' dashboards.

MyGrants combines data from ARC, the Grants Management System (InfoEd), Rascal, the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), and P@C. Data is loaded nightly, so the data presented is current, as of the previous day. MyGrants provides information on awards where you are the PI or a Scope-I. It will show you details such as total award, amount remaining, expenditures to-date, expenditure details, and provides you tools to do projections. Research Leadership Data Dashboard (RLDD)

The Research Leadership Data Dashboard (RLDD) displays rich visualizations of the status and trends of proposals and awards, allowing Columbia's leaders to make informed decisions for their units. RLDD also is designed to support deeper analysis with downloadable, detailed reports that capture the underlying data.
