Adherence to all CUIT policies including Data Classification, Security and Standard Operating Environments
Provisioning and administration of the server up to the Operating System (OS) layer
Basic performance tuning
Server backups (recommended) and restores
Patching
Monitoring and alerts
Disaster Recovery (DR)

The following are not included in this service:
After-hours troubleshooting (unless specifically agreed to in an SLA)
Analysis or troubleshooting of any services (web, application) which depend on the hosted server (unless specifically agreed to in an SLA)
