Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, PDFs, text and markdown files, web URLs, copy-pasted text, public YouTube video URLs, and audio files are supported. Each source can contain up to 500,000 words or up to 200MB for uploaded files.

Yes. You can search and query across multiple sources within a notebook. However, Gemini Notebook cannot access information across multiple notebooks at the same time. 

Yes. You can import files directly from Google Drive by selecting “Drive” when adding sources.

No. Data is not used for training Google's models.
