If Internet Explorer 10 has to be used, follow these steps to turn the compatibility mode on:
- See if the Compatibility View button appears in the Internet Explorer URL Address bar (if you don't see the button, there's no need to turn on Compatibility View).
- Tap or click on the Compatibility View button to display the site in Compatibility View.
Once you turn on Compatibility View, Internet Explorer will automatically show that site in Compatibility View each time you visit.
If Internet Explorer 11 has to be used, follow these steps:
- Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the toolbar.
- Tap or click the Tools button (gear icon), and then tap or click Compatibility View settings.
- Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list, and then tap or click Add.
