Altair HyperWorks is an open-architecture simulation platform ideal for engineering, design, and analytical work. The Altair suite includes software for physics and optimization, modeling and visualization, simulation-driven design, and cloud and HPC solutions. Altair HyperWorks is available to Columbia University students, faculty, and staff.

Note that our Altair software is only available for Windows computers.
1. Use your UNI to download the Altair HyperWorks Products Installer 2023.
2. Download the HyperWorks software modules you want to include in your installation. **Please note** that downloading all 20+ programs will require over 130 GB of free hard drive space.

4. Once your downloads have been completed, make sure all the downloads are in the same folder as the Products Installer. Double-click to run hw2023_win64.exe (The Products Installer) to install HyperWorks.
5. Proceed through the installation prompts. When asked for the license server (see below), enter [email protected]
